Fab Tech provides the following secondary processes in-house in order to have complete control for quality and timely delivery purposes

Hardware Installation Self-clinching hardware installation is accomplished using our PEMSERTER machines. We have two Series 4 machines and one Series 2000 with automatic feed equipment. The automatically fed 2000 machine makes short work of parts with large numbers of hardware. Where appropriate inexpensive custom dies for use in a press brake can be fashioned in our shop for the purpose of inserting multiple pieces of hardware in one stroke.
Precision Welding Millermatic TIG and MIG welders help us accomplish the high quality welding necessary in precision metal fab. Additionally, we use resistance spot welders to join parts where specified and also for weld nuts and studs. Our highly skilled welders have the ability to join most any type of metal. Blending, grinding, and sanding of welded joints produce the high quality appearance our customers demand.
Powder Coating and Painting Whether you need wet paint or powder coating we can do it in our shop. Our employees are skilled in both technologies. We use Nordson powder equipment and Binks spray equipment. Our temperature controlled oven is 12 feet long, 7 feet wide and 7 feet tall. A five-stage washing system is used to clean and prep parts for finish coating.
Printing/Silk Screening We have everything necessary in house at Fab Tech to meet your part marking and labeling needs. Your artwork can be used or we can produce it for you. We make our own films and then produce the silk screens in our print shop.
Plating, Anodizing, Etc. We can provide other finishes such as electroplating, anodizing, chemical film conversions, etc to meet your design requirements.
Kitting and Light Assembly We have extensive experience in procuring components and assembling kits for the telecommunications industry. Light assembly of components is another process available at Fab Tech.
