Fab-Tech, Inc. began operation in September, 1988 with an Amada turret punch press, a small press brake, a ping pong table for inspecting and packing parts, and time to play. Some of our first parts were for mail sorting machines being assembled by a prime contractor for the US Post Office. After a couple of years AT&T Network Systems awarded us some business and we worked hard to meet their stringent quality requirements. Working our way up the AT&T supplier qualification ladder and becoming a registered ISO 9000 shop in 1994 we achieved the highest supplier certification in the AT&T/Lucent system. This led to much more business with equipment assembly plants in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Columbus, Charlotte and other facilities worldwide.
As we could afford it, more equipment and staff was added along the way to meet the needs of our customers. Please see our equipment page for a complete list and description of our capabilities. An ability to perform virtually any process applicable to precision-formed sheet metal has led us to success with a diversified list of customers touching many segments of the economy. Along with our manufacturing capabilities, our management and staff stand committed to providing cost effective, efficient, high-quality service to our customers.
